Cooling Racks
At Francy Precision, Inc., we specialize in designing and manufacturing precision cooling racks engineered to meet the demands of today’s complex fuel tank and reservoir geometries. Our racks are built to hold parts securely during the cooling phase, preventing distortion and ensuring dimensional stability. We focus especially on targeting swell-prone areas—regions that are susceptible to expansion or warping due to heat and material stress. By applying carefully directed clamping and support features, we maintain critical tolerances and part integrity through the entire process.
Each cooling rack is custom-designed to match the unique contour and flow characteristics of the tank it supports. We utilize 3D modeling, in-house machining, and hands-on testing to create durable, repeatable solutions that reduce cycle times and rework.
